Embodied Yoga

Embodied Yoga is a gateway to listen to the inner voice and get in touch with the body wisdom through movement and asana practice. It is the art of expressing all dimensions of self through bodily movement in contained (asana) and uncontained form (free flow movement).

I practice and teach Yoga based on Embodied Flow™ and Embodied Yin™.

These schools combine asana practice, somatics, inquiry, meditation, tantric philosophy and free movement into a blend that invites flow as a meditation in action.

Embodied Yoga as a physical movement practice is my (almost) daily elixir to get into deeper connection with myself and my body. Every day is an exploration, every day is a new discovery of exploring what is alive and what wants to express itself.

Asana may introduce a path of exploration to be inspired by impulses that  recreate the path every moment. A listening, a cue from the body wisdom… and I find myself in a new expression of the dimension of self.

I feel blessed to guide and teach this art through more active Flow as well as more restorative Yin Yoga.
