Embodied Roots: Embodiment Practice
Embodiment is rooted through… practice! Together, we will decide which embodiment practices suit your needs and support you the most. Examples are: somatic meditations, somatic visualizations, movement practice or even certain forms of touch. As they increasingly become part of your daily routine, you will experience shifts within you that will impact your journey as a rising entrepreneur in ways you could not imagine. And build a solid and sustainable foundation that will last way beyond this program!
Embodied Expansion: Embodied Business Action
In The Rising Embodied Entrepreneur, clarity, confidence and resilience are built not only through 1:1 coaching and embodiment practice, but also through action! Based on inner alignment, we will work on the next business steps which allow you to show up with your offering and empower you through experience at the same time. Seasoned with playfulness, an explorative attitude and nervous system regulation where needed.

Here are the steps we will journey through:
Step 1 – Embodied Clarity
Together, we identify and establish embodied clarity for your vision ahead: how do you see yourself in bringing your offer to the world? What is your offer? What do you need to embody to get there? We identify an embodiment practice that suits you individually so that your vision is rooted right into your body from the beginning. And we’re gonna get you started right away! To strengthen the trust in yourself, your gift and what you have to offer, we’ll look at first mini actions of bringing your offering into the world.
Step 2 – Embodied Confidence
Feeling established in your vision and first action steps, we take an in-depth look at any obstacles that still remain. I teach you regulation techniques suitable to your needs so that you feel empowered and know what to return to should any of these obstacles arise in your daily life.
We also take a deep dive into building embodied confidence to show up fully with your offering so that no hesitation or procrastination gets in the way. This part of the program also contains an element of fully stepping into the role of an embodied entrepreneur. Together, we look at the individual steps you can take to feel confident and resilient in your soul-aligned business.
Step 3 – Embodied Resilience
With the embodied foundation in place, it is now time to look at the next steps of bringing your dream offering to the world! In a fully aligned and embodied way, we will emerge the roadmap ahead and equip you with tools such as embodied decision-making and embodied creativity. At the end of our time working together, you will have a toolbelt on your side so that you feel supported, prepared, ready; full of confidence and resilience for the next steps of bringing your offer out there!

What is the difference to business coaching?
Business coaching tends to be more targeted to the strategic foundations. This program contains some strategy, but what we really focus on that business coaching often doesn’t, is giving you the clarity, confidences and getting you ready and excited to bring your offer into the world. Strategic foundations and business skills are important – but the odds of you being successful with your offering depends much more on the alignment, embodiment and energetic setup of your inner landscape!

How is this different to mindset coaching?
Mindset coaching addresses beliefs on a cognitive level. Embodiment coaching addresses beliefs at their roots, within the body. Changing beliefs on a cognitive level only is unlikely to guarantee long lasting change as the belief is still stuck in the body. It will therefore keep coming up. See embodiment work as the sister of mindset work: body-set work that goes a layer deeper.

The total cost is 3.700 €. Several payment plans are available and a 10% discount if paid in full upfront.

About Katharina
I am the founder of The Embodied Path, an umbrella brand serving awakening embodied beings to recognize their soul’s purpose and show up in service of sentient beings, mother Earth and the evolutionary purpose.To me, soul purpose means to be in deep connection with the essence of your soul and your work during this lifetime. In my own journey, the most powerful gateway to my soul’s essence and her expression in the world has been the magic of embodiment practice and deep listening to my body’s wisdom.
I grew up between the world of business and spirituality. My father was a business man, I have 2 business degrees and a background in HR consulting. My mother has been a spiritual being as long as I can remember. Growing up with these two perspectives on life has colored my being tremendously and they are at the core of who I am today and what I offer to the world.
In 2017, I left a prestigious PhD program and turned 180 degrees to follow my spiritual calling to study Yoga, tantra, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism… It was a huge step and probably the moment I left a pretty neat “CV-worthy” life behind. I’ve never looked back.
After years of studying with different lineages, life led me to embodiment. And oh my, I will never forget the quantum leap I went through when I experienced what I had learnt from all the spiritual teachers IN MY OWN BODY! Not beyond my body, not in my mind only, not as a fleeting state; the somatic experience was revolutionary to my life and a landing with what has been my biggest passion ever since.
Today, I am blessed to combine my business background and calling with embodiment to support individuals – especially rising entrepreneurs – to discover and utilize the wisdom of their bodies as a solid foundation and infinite resource to not only live a truthful life but also to be of service to the growth and healing of others.
